Dynatronics/General Dynamics 2004 Reunion

FISHING QUESTIONNAIRE

Bob Lochner asked me to send this questionnaire to see how many are interested in a fishing trip while at the Dynatronics/General Dynamics reunion.  Bob and Ray Kammer, along with their wives, plan to make a dry run and afterward Bob said he will print up some flyers and I'll put them on our website.  It's important we know well in advance who and how many would be interested, so please print this form, complete and return to:

1.  Deep Sea (head or party boat) Approximately $70 per person for full day, 1/2 day less

 2. Charter  (Max 6-7 Per boat)  Approximately  $150 per person for full day, 1/2 half less

3. Banana River ( Who would bring boats?, guided trip for 2-3 runs approximately $400.
